Just have a look at a few tips to reduce the big belly after the delivery of a baby. You do not need to harsh yourself by doing tough exercises. By doing just simple things you can reduce your belly. Now see how.

  • Start breastfeed-Keep your bond strong with baby:

By breastfeeding a mother reduces around 500 calories every day. For producing enough milk. Make sure you are taking enough calories in a day. Breastfeeding also makes your relationship stronger with your baby and improves emotional attachment.

  • Eat small and frequent- Avoid heavy diet:

Those moms who are breastfeeding should eat frequently. Add protein and carbohydrates to your diet. Eat small meals frequently. You can divide your meal 6 -7 times a day. Eat nutritional food and avoid processed food as much as you can. Add fresh fruits and nuts in your diet as it will give you energy and help to reduce weight by decreasing bad cholesterol.

  • Say yes to dance- Dance is secret of fitness:

If you haven’t time for exercise as we know it would be difficult for you as a new mom. Just start your favorite music and dance. You can include your baby in your dance as well and enjoy that moment.

  • Go for walk- Make it habit:

Walking after having a meal is very effective for reducing belly fat. You can simply go for a walk and reduce your big belly and weight as well. After giving birth you can start walking instead of working out. Slowly you can increase your walking speed and carry your baby which can put extra weight while walking.

  • Drink Ajwain water:

After giving birth, drinking Ajwain water has many benefits. It will help you to digest your food as well as reduce belly fat. Infants usually have colic symptoms by drinking ajwain water. You can cure colic symptoms of your baby if you are a breastfeeding mother.

How to prepare:- Take 3 table spoon of Ajwin and boiled it for 15 minutes with 2-3 liter water. After 15 minutes, let it cool and stain the water. Mix rock salt in water and drink this liquor after each meal.

  • Take a deep breath from your belly: 

You can do breathing exercises in which you will have to take a deep breath from the belly. It will contract your belly fat and reduce extra fat. Practice deep breath exercise 4-5 times in a day for better result.

Enjoy your hobby:- If you love painting or crafting then enjoy it, because it will make you active and an active body helps to maintain the weight. Your hobby will give you enjoy and refresh you after a hectic day.

  • Meditate for peaceful mind- Mental health is also important:

Meditation is one of the best way to manage stress when you are over wheeling due to work load. A peaceful mind helps to love your self and create a happy environment around you. Take a deep breath and sit at-least for 10 minutes a day for meditation.

  • Drink water as much you can:

Stay hydrated by drinking water whenever possible. If you do not want to drink more water then you can take juice, coconut water, lassi instead of water. When you will be hydrated, you will be able to reduce your fat easily.
